It's been quite some time since I hosted a giveaway, and I thought it was high time to whip one up! I want to let you, my readers, know how much I appreciate you by giving you a chance to win something nice, and perhaps welcome some new readers too!
As I'm known to do from time to time, I bought two copies of the same magazine. In this case, it was Autumn Cottage. I'm not quite ready for Christmas stuff yet. I think autumn themed stuff is still current so I'm including my extra copy of Autumn Cottage in the giveaway goody basket:
I have gathered together a lovely assortment of neutral colored vintage items for this giveaway, including a sewing drawer that I painted with genuine Annie Sloan Chalk Paint; an old Watkins Liniment bottle and a few smaller bottles for you to decorate if you feel creative; assorted old buttons; a cool looking non-working clock (it's right twice a day!); some vintage crochet; and a selection of vintage photos.
Handy stuff to have around, for crafting or display....
Oh, and there's an old book in there somewhere.....
And a mini-gift bag with vintage sewing pattern tissue inside:
To enter the giveaway, simply leave a comment on this post. For two entries, leave a comment here and go to my Facebook page (or click on left sidebar link) and "Like" me over there. No comments there will be necessary unless you are inspired to leave one. If you need help thinking of what to say, a simple "Hi Mitzi!" will do.
Getting back to the "appreciation" part of this post, I really do feel my readers are special. I have yet to receive one negative comment of the hundreds of comments people have left after reading my posts. That just shows the caliber of people that read my blog! I have "met" some of the most thoughtful, interesting, and helpful folks via my blog, and it's been so much fun! Whether you leave comments or not, your visit here is appreciated.
The contest is open to anyone, anywhere, even penguins in the south pole!
The drawing will be Friday, November 18 at approximately 7:00 p.m. EST.
Good luck everyone!
Mitzi
